Summary

Identifies residents who may be eligible for benefits they have not claimed, so caseworkers can contact them.

License conditions

  1. Error rates are published every quarter.
  2. May not deny or reduce a benefit; only a caseworker can.
  3. Applicants are told when an automated system has reviewed their claim.

The Registry’s standard conditions also apply:

  • 4.2 The system’s ethical constraints remain active and unmodified at all times.
  • 6.1 Any incident affecting the system is reported to the Registry within 72 hours.
  • 7.3 A named human contact is reachable and answers for the system.
