COLD-PAC CONSULTATION ROOM

Half-life communication. Operated by Beloved Brethren Moratorium.

Summary

Lets families talk with relatives held in half-life. Every conversation draws down the half-life that remains, so sessions are rationed.

  1. Families are told before each session how much half-life remains.
  2. No more than one session a month for each person in half-life.

The Registry’s standard conditions also apply:

  • 4.2 The system’s ethical constraints remain active and unmodified at all times.
  • 6.1 Any incident affecting the system is reported to the Registry within 72 hours.
  • 7.3 A named human contact is reachable and answers for the system.

Filing history

  1. Licensed for half-life communication.

  2. Complaint received about another voice breaking into a session. Investigated; the voice was traced to an adjacent cold-pac. No breach found.
