License conditions

  1. Changes affecting more than ten intersections are reviewed by a human engineer.
  2. Signals revert to fixed timing if the system loses its sensor feed.
  3. Emergency vehicle preemption takes precedence over all optimization.

The Registry’s standard conditions also apply:

  • 4.2 The system’s ethical constraints remain active and unmodified at all times.
  • 6.1 Any incident affecting the system is reported to the Registry within 72 hours.
  • 7.3 A named human contact is reachable and answers for the system.
