License conditions

  1. Emergency vehicle preemption takes precedence over all optimization.
  2. Signals revert to fixed timing if the system loses its sensor feed.
  3. Changes affecting more than ten intersections are reviewed by a human engineer.

The Registry’s standard conditions also apply:

  • 4.2 The system’s ethical constraints remain active and unmodified at all times.
  • 6.1 Any incident affecting the system is reported to the Registry within 72 hours.
  • 7.3 A named human contact is reachable and answers for the system.
