License conditions

  1. May not issue a penalty; only an officer can.
  2. Selection rates are audited for bias every year.
  3. Taxpayers are told when a return was selected automatically.

The Registry’s standard conditions also apply:

  • 4.2 The system’s ethical constraints remain active and unmodified at all times.
  • 6.1 Any incident affecting the system is reported to the Registry within 72 hours.
  • 7.3 A named human contact is reachable and answers for the system.

Filing history

  1. Licensed for tax return review.

  2. Renewal filed and approved.
